We are located in Manchester, NH and are looking for someone to help us with customer outreach part time (30hrs) as we grow into a larger company.
We are looking for someone with a customer service or sales based background to help us with our customer communication.
This is a great opportunity if you are someone looking to build your resume with more experience in this type of role.
You will support our Account Executive with maintaining the CRM database, and maintain constant communication with past clients and new prospective leads.
We are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities Identify and research potential clients Develop and maintain client relationships Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed Gather useful information from customer and competitor data Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business Track and report on the status of proposal components Conduct ongoing market research Work with the pricing department to create rate proposals Drive the end-to-end sales process Prepare and submit sales contracts Qualifications Proven experience in a sales or administrative role.
Knowledge of Mac OS and Thryv would be great but not required Schedule Description This will be a full-time role, with 40 hours per week available.
Pay is dependent on experience but will range between $17-$19 per hour.
