ITR Economics is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to focus on delivering effective business value as quickly as possible through the application of agile practices, principles and lean thinking.
The Business Analyst will facilitate meetings with stakeholders and product owners to understand the intent of the ticket requests and write proper specs and User Acceptance Criteria to meet the intent of the ticket holder, while having a solid understanding of the technological interaction and effects made by the change to the product via the ticket request.

Responsibilities Partner with Product Owner and Project Manager to understand and articulate product vision and roadmap for customers across multiple products Create Specs and User Acceptance Criteria from product visions and ticket submissions Help business in different areas to achieve valuable and reliable outcomes Aggregate and synthesize timely and accurate data from multiple sources to drive insights is key Help the team on evaluating dependencies and setting realistic work prioritization Work with the technical team to translate business requirements into technical solution Analyze the as-is situation and collaborate with clients to create artifacts (epics, stories, etc.
) to maximize value (Future requirement) Facilitate analysis workshops/meetings with senior client stakeholders to outline business vision, objective, product roadmap and a project release plan Collaborate with teammates on the analysis and design of complex business solutions using the latest data provisioning technologies Be involved on sharing knowledge, mentoring, and evangelizing Agile, Lean, and Continuous Development best practices Facilitate requirements walkthrough Experience Track record of delivering impactful software, ideally on a collaborative software delivery team High attention to detail, a practical approach to the day-to-day work of story-writing and delivery, and can draw a line directly from an overarching client strategy to your team's outcomes Strong ability to coach others, sharing your experience and knowledge with teammates Well versed with Agile, Lean and Continuous Delivery methodologies Understand how businesses operate and have experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques to facilitate requirement elicitation sessions Strong ability to prioritize, ability to gain buy-in from stakeholders, and resolve conflicts as they arise Genuine passion for quality software and the know-how to get from sketch to code Highly desired technical skills:
APIs and event streaming architecture, concepts, and terminologies IT basic concepts Basic understanding in programming languages (C#, Python, HTML, JavaScript) Nice-to-have technical skill SQL language and databases.
Education Bachelor's Degree 3
Years' experience as a Business Analyst Quick Apply.
