Outcomes Quality Program Manager

As the Outcomes Quality Program Manager you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing health outcomes improvement strategies for Amazon Pharmacy customers.
You will be responsible for data collection, analysis and continuous improvement of key clinical quality and population health initiatives.
You will work cross-functionally with Clinical Quality, Program Management and Operations leaders to design, promote and implement industry leading population health and health equity initiatives while fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement.
You will also be responsible for educating staff throughout the organization on the importance and applicability of Clinical Quality initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Collects, analyzes, and reports data elements for key quality processes and outcomes to measure and ensure progress towards established goals are attained.
Designs and maintains a dashboard of quality indicators for applicable business lines.
Identifies opportunities for improvement using quality indicators then coordinates efforts to improve performance.
Makes programmatic corrections when adequate progress towards goals is not being achieved.
Make recommendations on the best methodology and implementation methods for applicable programs.
Educates pharmacy staff and other health care providers regarding quality and performance improvement processes and practices Participates in departmental and organization-wide policy development relevant to Clinical Quality initiatives.
Works in collaboration with other stakeholders to evaluate efficacy, safety, cost effectiveness, reimbursement and quality of delivered care.
Regularly monitors program data and metrics to evaluate effectiveness and clinical outcomes, and reports to appropriate committees, managers, and other internal and external stakeholders.
Provide vision and support for the assessment and improvement of medication use outcomes, identifying and collaborating with other pharmacy leaders to implement pharmacy service/programs that will improve medication use outcomes.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
