Senior Business Consultant
The Senior Business Consultant is a solution expert during the pre-sale, design phase, pre-implementation, implementation, post-implementation of a Selection solution (Voice directed and/or light directed). Working closely with the customer, the Senior Business Consultant, and the sales person will identify business needs and propose solutions of value. This position is responsible for defining and documenting the proposed Wynright solution as well as is accountable for the schedule, documentation, implementation, and ROI of the solution.

Responsibilities:
Provides consultative integration and application design input to the prospect or customer. This includes solution demonstration that properly explains the solutions functionality and how it will benefit the customer.
Prepares and validates Return on Investment analysis for each project pre-sale and post implementation.
Interacts with and inquires business needs from various customer representatives ranging from executives, senior operations management, IT representatives, warehouse operations management, and end-users throughout the sales process.
Documents the initial system design and application requirements during pre-sales process, generates the initial system architecture documents, works with the Senior Business Consultant, and works with the IT resource to obtain budgetary estimates for the solution.
Responsible for complex, in-depth technical support and product assistance during the sales process.
Responsible for overseeing the training of end users and management as well the implementation of the solution.
Provide the internal Product Development team with customer feedback for the improvement of existing products and the development of future products.
