Assist staff with recruitment administrative tasks (i.e. scheduling interviews, job postings)
Preparation of new hire orientation documents
HRIS database administration
Student pursuing a BS/BA in Human Resources
Prior experience in a professional environment
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience with ADP or other HRIS application a plus
Strong work ethic, ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines is essential
