FIRST is a not-for-profit organization devoted to helping young people discover and develop a passion for science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM); we are seeking a Data Management Intern to assist our Development Department, this is a summer internship, 20 to 40 hours per week.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to):
Ensure current data integrity (de-duplication, updating, consistency)
Research and update historical data
Onboarding new Sponsors, Partners, Scholarship and Internship providers
EDUCATION/
Experience:
Student pursuing a BS/BA in Business, Communications, Math, Finance or Accounting
Prior experience in a professional environment
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong work ethic, ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines is essential
